Although urbn nest's prices are already competitive, we understand that occasionally money can be tight. That's why you can also make us an offer by tapping the button when viewing a product. Suggest a price or payment structure which would work for you. For example, suggest an amount you'd be comfortable paying, a payment plan split over a number of weeks or months or a part exchange. If you live in the Bedlington area or between there and North Tyneside, we may even be able to waiver the delivery fee. While we can't guarantee we can accept every proposal, we'll always work with you to try and find an affordable solution for everyone.

We use a dynamic pricing system, based on several parameters, including the purchase cost, fuel and labour costs, and the cost of any materials. urbn nest are constantly updating our online inventory with new stock. Our latest stock is listed above. We generally list between 4-8 new items online per week! We're always previewing our new stock on social media too. As a result a lot of our sold items are snapped up before they even make it to the website! At urbn nest we pride ourselves in selling clean items in good condition which are ready to use. The work we have to do depends on the condition we receive stock in. This ranges from deep cleaning to full restorations and upholstery. Any restorations are done gently, respecting the original design while also bringing them into the present day. ​ You can choose your own fabrics for items which include reupholstery in the price. ​ Find out more about our refurbishment processes here.

urbn nest are always on the lookout for new stock. We're naturally really picky as we hand pick the best items. Although we LOVE dogs at urbn nest, we're generally not dog friendly at the moment. We have a little rescue dog who comes to work with us - she is extremely friendly with people (hint hint - give her a stroke!) but she can sometimes get a little unhappy when indoors with other dogs. However, there may be occasions when we don't have our dog with us. The best thing to do is book an appointment by tapping here where you can let us know if you'd like to bring your dog. We'll get back to you! We generally welcome dogs at our various pop up events however it's always best to check if that's OK beforehand as every venue differs.
