A huge mid century captains desk, designed for commercial use in an office, education or military environment in the 1960s by Carsons furniture, who supplied commercial furniture. 
This incredible piece is the dream desk for home working. With two deep banks of drawers, there’s room for all your files and stationary so they don’t clutter other spaces up. There’s a spacious middle section - even those with longer legs shouldn’t struggle to fit!
And the surface is expansive to say the least. There’s tonnes of room! It was originally upholstered with a blue vinyl which was past its best. We felt it was calling out for a bold colour to replace it, so we went with a high quality, upholstery grade olive green leatherette. Not only is this practical, but it goes so perfectly with the wood tones too.
A unique piece, extremely well made and now refurbished and ready for its new home.
