A mid century teak oval extending dining table, made by G Plan.
 
This huge dining table is designed for larger spaces, and consists of a large oval shaped teak top, which extends even bigger. This means it can seat anywhere between 6 and 10 people if needed! 
 
The table features the desirable "whale tail" legs (our personal favourite), which is clearly inspired by Scandinavian table designs of this era. This also has a practical benefit as it means that you can tuck chairs underneath more easily when they're not in use. 
 
It's finished off with solid afromosia trim around the edge as normal. The base is in solid afromosia too, and offers the most wonderful tonal contrast. 
 
The top (outer leaves only) has been freshly refinished ready for decades more use and enjoyment. The middle leaves remain in good original condition.
