Mid century teak G Plan floor mirror
A teak floor mirror made by G Plan in the 1960s-1970s.
This piece originally came from a G Plan Form 5 dressing table we stocked last year. The original fixings were missing so we sold the dressing table without the mirror.
Usually dressing table mirrors aren't to this design quality! It's constructed using solid Afromosia (African) teak wood, which would have matched the table, with bevelled edges and mitred corners.
Because of it's original use it isn't really suitable for wall mounting and doesn't come with a chain, but we love the look of it just casually propped up against a wall. It's a really heavy, sturdy and durable piece.
It's unusual to find Afromosia teak mirrors. We love the contrast between the wood tone and the mirrored glass. This is a sleek piece of furniture and even as a floor mirror would be a stylish addition to your space.
We've refinished the wood to give it its shine back!
The price also includes free shipping to most mainland UK locations as standard.
