A mid century teak extending dining table, made by renowned furniture makers White & Newton in Portsmouth in the late 1960s-early 1970s. 
 
White & Newton are well known for making high quality furniture with a clean, Scandinavian look. Some of our favourite designs from this era are by White & Newton and it's easy to see why. 
 
This table extends from the middle, with a particularly large central extension leaf which is neatly hidden underneath the table until required. It sits on a solid afromosia teak frame with stylish legs. The table tops feature curved afromosia trims for that added bit of quality, with a golden teak veneer to the table top for a nice contrast. 
 
The price includes a full refurbishment of the table top and some light refurb work to the frame to get it back looking it’s best. It’ll be ready for delivery in July 2024.
