RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, please email us. If your return is accepted, please return small items via tracked shipping and ensure the item is well packaged. Small Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We must arrange the return shipping of larger items ourselves so we can ensure their safe transit (and protecting your funds). This will usually be done by courier. We will send over a total cost of this service to you, and this will be deducted from your refund. ​If you’re local, we may be able to collect the item from you for a reduced fee of £50 which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us with at least 48 hours notice. This is because we have to carefully wrap and package all items and when necessary, pack the item(s) in our van and plan a specific route which takes significant time. We class the item as being dispatched once it is packaged and loaded, which can be up to 48 hours prior to your delivery date. If you contact us to cancel your order before the 48 hour dispatch period, you will be reimbursed in full. Orders cancelled within the 48 hour dispatch period will still be refunded, but we may deduct a non-refundable fee at our discretion to cover our time and resources.

REFUND PROCESSING

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it to us. This is minus any additional fees incurred (reasonably applied at our discretion - see above). Please note that flexi shipping and any other delivery upgrades over and above the standard delivery service are non refundable. 


​In the unlikely instance that any damage occurs​ in transit we will review any reported damage and compare this to the condition it left and arrived in. Any couriers which we use are fully insured, covering any damage to the item in transit. If we agree that any significant damage has occurred in transit, we will liaise with you to resolve the issue. If an item is to be returned to us, we will arrange this at the earliest convenience and may cover the cost at our discretion. 

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method (this usually takes a few days to process).
 

WHEN WON'T WE ISSUE A REFUND?

Unfortunately, we can't issue refunds for any items refurbished to order (i.e. any item which includes the refurbishment prior to delivery). We also can't issue refunds more than 14 days from the date of delivery or collection.

Please note that flexi shipping and any other delivery upgrades over and above the standard delivery service are non refundable. Any other fees incurred from short notice cancellations or failed deliveries may also be subtracted from the refund amount where appropriate and at our discretion.
