HOW DOES URBN NEST SOURCE FOR ME?​

It's really easy - to start just fill out our item sourcing form by tapping here. By doing this, urbn nest guarantees early access to our fresh and incoming stock before anyone else sees it on social media or our online shop. 

​

Filling out the form gives us the details we need to help pair you with your ideal items. When we receive the completed form, we'll reach out with an email and/or phone call to better understand your requirements. We'll check through our stocklist first, and also see if there's any incoming stock which might work for you.

​

You'll have to give us some parameters, such as max dimensions or budget. We know our pricing really well, so we will be able to give you a strong indication of what you'll be able to achieve for the agreed budget and roughly how long lead times will be too. We'd recommend looking through our sold items so you can get an idea of styles, sizes and pricing. 

 

If any stock arrives which we believe could meet your requirements, or if we have opportunities to acquire stock which we think could work, we'll exclusively contact customers who have filled out the item sourcing form. ​

We can source stock for you that's ready to go straight in your home, or stock which we'll need to refurbish prior to handover. Fabrics can also be customised too. Tap here to find out more

WHAT IF I'M HAVING DIFFICULTY DECIDING WHAT I NEED?

We get it, it can be really difficult to visualise spaces differently, or imagining what colours will go well together.

But don't worry - we're here to help. urbn nest sell hundreds of items each year and get to visit a range of different interiors as well, and we've built up knowledge of mid century furniture, as well as tips and tricks of interior styling. We're here to guide you to making the right choices, while making the process as smooth as possible. 

​

We'd recommend looking through our sold items so you can get an idea of styles, sizes and pricing.

WHAT DOES THIS SERVICE COST?​

urbn nest's item sourcing process is completely free! Sourcing items is part of our job that we love, so there's no need to charge you more.

 

In fact, we will actually discount items for you in most cases (from our standard retail prices) as we're not having to go through the hassle of photographing and listing them. 

​

HOW DO I BUY AN ITEM?​

Once urbn nest has found you the perfect item(s), we'll then take payment by sending you an invoice by email. Once paid, the item is yours, it's as simple as that. 

​

We'll be in touch to confirm, and if any refurbishment work is required, we'll let you know the timetable. 

 

Once it's ready to be delivered or collected, we'll let you know and book this in accordingly.
